The Hawaii Credit Union League (HCUL) is the trade association representing the interests of 97 credit unions in Hawaii and two in Guam. These credit unions serve the financial assets of residents of the State of Hawaii and Territory of Guam. HCU Services Corporation is established to provide business opportunities
to primarily benefit member credit unions and Hawaii Credit Union League.

to assure the opportunity to succeed.

The Hawaii Credit Union League, through its specialized departments, assists its member credit unions in many ways.

Member Relations Division

* Primary link to member credit unions in effectively delivering dues-supported and fee-supported services.
* Responds to inquiries from the general public about credit unions.
* Provides operational assistance and research to credit unions.

Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Division

* Represents credit union interests in federal, state, and county government on proposed laws and regulations that may have an impact on credit unions.
* Provides regulatory compliance and research assistance to credit unions.
* Coordinates activities to strengthen the credit union movement through grassroots activism.

Association Services Division

* Coordinates League-sponsored educational programs and annual convention.
* Publishes semi-weekly League eMails, monthly League News newsletter and HCUL annual report and business session supplements.
* Coordinates credit union participation in community development activities.
* Maintains HCUL website at www.hcul.org.
* Administers the Hawaii Exchange Links Professionals (HELP) listserv.
* Maintains a library of credit union related resources.
