HCUL
The Hawaii Credit Union League (HCUL) is the trade
association representing the interests of 89 credit unions in Hawaii, two in Guam and one in Yap. These credit unions serve the financial needs
of residents of the State of Hawaii and Territory of Guam.

HCU Services Corporation is established to provide business opportunities to primarily benefit member
credit unions and Hawaii Credit Union
League.
Vision Statement
HCU Services Corporation is always the first choice of Hawaii's
credit unions and profitably delivers the highest quality, reasonably
priced services to credit unions to assure the opportunity to succeed.
The Hawaii Credit Union League, through its specialized departments,
assists its member credit unions in many ways.
Member Relations Division
* Primary link to member credit unions in effectively delivering
dues-supported and fee-supported services.
* Responds to inquiries from the general public about credit unions.
* Provides operational assistance and research to credit unions.
* Coordinates League-sponsored educational programs and annual
convention.
Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Division
* Represents credit union interests in federal, state, and county
government on proposed laws and regulations that may impact credit unions.
* Provides regulatory compliance and research assistance to credit
unions.
* Coordinates activities to strengthen the credit union movement
through grassroots activism.
Association Services Division
* Publishes semi-weekly League eMails, monthly League News
newsletter and HCUL annual report and business session supplements.
* Coordinates credit union participation in community development
activities.
* Maintains HCUL website at www.hcul.org.
* Administers the Hawaii Exchange Links Professionals (HELP) listserv.
* Maintains a library of credit union related resources.
