Member Relations Representative (Call Center)
UHFCU is currently recruiting for a Member Relations Representative (Call Center). Responsibilities include, but not limited to, answering phone calls to the Call Center, conducting group presentations on UH campuses, handling complex transactions and inquiries while on campus and directing members to appropriate staff when at the reception desk.
