We welcome contributing vendors to participate in the Hawaii Credit Union League 72nd Annual Convention on May 13-15, 2010. The convention is a fantastic venue to network with credit union decision makers in the beautiful setting of the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa on Maui. We look forward to seeing you there! Registration Deadline
Registration forms must be received by March 12, 2010. Registration forms received after that date will be accommodated on a space available basis only.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed after the convention, less a $25 processing fee and all requests must be received in writing no later than April 13, 2010. Refunds are non-refundable after April 13, however, substitutions are welcome at any time. All requests for refunds and substitutions must be sent to Sherrie Hill at HCUL via fax at 808.945.0019 or emailed to shill@hcul.org. Verbal requests will not be processed.

Payment
Registration forms should be submitted with payment in full. Make a copy of the registration form for your files and return the original with your payment. Please make your check payable to:

Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are made directly with the hotels. Please mention you are with the Hawaii Credit Union League to receive the group rates listed. Hotel registration deadline is March 12, 2010. Do not mail any money for hotel sleeping room reservations to HCUL; you must mail directly to the hotel.
