Sleeping room reservations at the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort will be confirmed on a space available basis. To reserve a room please call Hilton Kauai Beach Resort at 808-245-1955 and ask for reservations. The group room rate for single/double occupancy is $170 + tax (room rate is inclusive of resort fee of $12.95 per room).

Included in the Hilton Kauai Beach Resort fee are the following:

• Coffee and tea service from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m. daily in the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant;
• In-room coffee and tea refills, safe, local phone calls, and in-room high speed Internet;
• Complimentary parking - either self park of unlimited in and out valet service;
  (gratuity for valet parking is not included)
• Manager's cocktail hour nightly from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.; and
• Use of the Alolani Spa fitness center.

Air Transportation
Hawaiian Airlines added flights to its daily schedule which accommodates conference attendees from neighbor islands. Ground Transportation
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for individual arrivals to and from the Lihue Airport on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon arrival at the Lihue Airport, pick up your baggage and then use the courtesy phone to request transportation. (Gratuity for the shuttle bus driver is not included).

Naupaka Terrace Prime Rib and Seafood Buffet (Optional)

• Dinner is on your own on Friday evening.
• A fabulous prime rib and seafood buffet is open at the hotel's Naupaka Terrace Restaurant from 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. We have arranged a special price for conference attendees.
