UHFCU has the following open positions and we are looking for qualified, self-motivated team players to join our credit union family.
Responsibilities include processing teller transactions with accuracy and service members and non-members in the teller line. The ideal candidate will be a high school graduate and have one-two years experience in cash handling, customer service or teller experience. All candidates must possess the ability to service our members in a professional, courteous and efficient manner; possess excellent customer service, communication and computer skills; 10-key by touch.
Process real estate/consumer loans, open new accounts and cross-sell CU products and services with accuracy and efficiency. Service members and non-members in the lobby and assist other departments when time permits. Distribute, receive, process, fund and close appropriate loan requests. The ideal candidate will be a high school graduate, have two years cash handling and customer service or teller experience. Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be bondable.

Business Loan Officer (Downtown)
Meets with member businesses and prospects to discuss and solicit business services. Provides day-to-day business services support to the various line units. Interfaces with line and staff units to help promote business services. Prepares business loan write ups, and assists in the maintenance and security of the business loan documents. College degree preferred. Two years commercial loan experience (i.e. loan officer, loan underwriter, documentation, and administrative servicing) needed. Able to work independently, handle confidential matters professionally, work under stressful situations, and meet critical deadlines. IT Support Specialist II (Downtown)
Assists in the development and delivery of a corporate information security program. Provides support, guidance, and resolution to end users regarding information technology security requests. Protects company information and its infrastructure from external/internal threats; assures company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding technical information access, security and privacy.
Checks server and firewall logs, scrutinizing network traffic for credit union violations, evaluating inconsistent adherence to security policies, etc. Analyzes and resolves security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and conducts user activity audits where required.
Ensures proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish general business tasks, including receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, and in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
Configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user telecommunications hardware, PCs, printers, telephony devices, and voice/data hardware products.
