Convention registration is limited to member credit unions and qualified participating vendors.
​Registrations received after the deadline date will be accommodated on a space available basis.

Cancellation and Refund - All requests for cancellations, refunds, and substitutions must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Verbal requests will not be processed. Refunds will be processed after the convention, less a $25.00 processing fee, for requests received in writing no later than March 7, 2025. Cancellations are non-refundable after March 7; however, substitutions are welcome at any time. Hawaii Credit Union League also reserves the right to change the site, speakers, or schedule of this program due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much advance notice possible.

Hawaii Credit Union League's special tiered room rate is $329-$399 and $20 resort fee, plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy room per night.  Reservation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

​Steven Stapp is President/CEO of Unitus Community CU. He is responsible for guiding strategic leadership for the credit union by partnering with the Board of Directors, leadership team, and staff in establishing long-range goals and strategic initiatives that provide superior member value.

Paul Marston, SHRM-CP, serves as Chief Operating Officer of HR Performance Solutions, LLC, an HR SaaS company. For the past 7 years he has consulted with organizations to align best practices and talent management trends with best-in-class software solutions. Paul oversees the introduction of forward-looking functionality to the HRPS suite of products.

Frank Santucci has more than 37 years’ experience working with credit unions nationwide on balance sheet management issues and regulatory challenges. As the principal author of the ALM model used by Stifel Financial and its Balance Sheet Management Services division, he has in-depth knowledge and insight on effective balance sheet and risk management strategies. Frank is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on various ALM and risk management techniques, as well as current industry trends.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, Andrea Silvers has built a strong reputation for leading transformative business development initiatives and fostering impactful partnerships. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Algebrik AI, Andrea leverages her deep expertise in lending management, coupled with her passion for AI-driven solutions to drive strategic growth and innovation for the company.

Steve Koinm serves as Pure IT’s internal CISO and as a virtual CISO or CIO to many clients. He leads the Pure IT Professional Services group and is active in providing assessments and roadmaps for our clients in People, Process, Technology, and Business Management. He holds CISSP, CCSK, and several other certifications. He is an invaluable resource to credit unions because of his extensive knowledge of the industry, Business Operations, IT, and Security. Steve is an advisor to credit union Boards who must provide a credible challenge to their technology teams and a regular speaker at national security and credit union industry conferences.

Mike De Vere has made it the company’s mission to leverage AI in consumer credit underwriting to build financial equity and create a better, richer, and fuller life for all. In his 25 years prior experience to Zest AI, Mike focused on amplifying the voice of consumers to governments and businesses through organizations like Nielson, Harris Interactive, and JD Power. His experiences converge to show his capacity to lead organizations in translating data into insights that enable the betterment of consumers’ lives.

Derek Kurisu has been a dedicated leader at KTA Super Stores for nearly 50 years, advancing from a part-time courtesy clerk to his current role as Executive Vice President of Perishable Operations. He played a key role in creating KTA’s Mountain Apple Brand and 1916 private label products, supporting local businesses and expanding product offerings. His commitment to the community is reflected in the production of television programs, co-authoring cookbooks, and launching KTA’s Man and the Pan Instagram series. His contributions have earned him numerous industry and community awards, including induction into the Hawaii Food Industry Hall of Fame.
