Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is an oceanfront sanctuary steeped in the spirit of Hawaii Island and will be the site for our 2025 annual convention with indoor and outdoor venues, signature service, and untapped adventure perfect for hosting memorable gatherings. Located on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island, the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa provides a complete island experience not to be found anywhere else.
Vendors may participate in the convention by purchasing an exhibit booth and advertisement and/or contributing sponsorship(s). The exhibit area will accommodate 40 booths. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment and completion of the online Vendor Application and Agreement by December 16, 2024. Qualified vendors (exhibitors or contributing sponsors) are invited to submit a proposal to present an educational session at the 2025 annual convention. Vendors must be a paid exhibitor or contributing sponsor by December 16, 2024, to be considered for this opportunity.
Exciting changes coming to the Convention Exhibit Hall and Welcome Reception!
Each year our Exhibit Hall and Thursday Welcome Reception provide high energy opportunities for credit unions and vendors to meet and mingle. This year, the Welcome Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall complete with drinks and appetizers in a casual atmosphere. This will give exhibitors a chance to access their booths and marketing materials while engaging with credit union professionals and volunteers. Booths must be staffed by at least one vendor representative. Ideally, each vendor with more than one representative can have someone in the booth while the other networks in the reception area. The combined Exhibit Hall and Welcome Reception extends the formal Exhibit Hall hours, giving you maximum exposure to credit union attendees. The changes will eliminate the Saturday Exhibit Hall hours. However, you may use the Saturday hours from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. to hold one-on-one meetings with credit union leaders within your booth.

Our Political Action Committee (PAC) is constantly creating exciting ways to raise funds and we want to include your organization in the fun. Consider donating a prize (i.e., gift cards, trip to Vegas, latest iPad, new car, luxury massage, staycation at a resort, really anything) to the PAC lucky drawing, and we will promote your generous contribution on posters near the PAC table, along with a flyer inserted in the convention bag highlighting the prizes and encouraging folks to contribute to PAC. We have a supportive group who regularly contributes and we hope the prizes add the next level of excitement to PAC contributions. Prizes for our regular door prize giveaways are still very much welcome. Both PAC lucky drawing prizes and regular door prizes will be awarded on Friday and Saturday.
We are also adding an exclusive PAC Lounge for those who contribute $250+ to the PAC. If your organization donates a prize valued at $250+, one representative from your organization will be invited to join the lounge with the PAC donors. This private lounge will provide a respite for tired convention attendees and will be stocked with snacks and drinks. We hope this added luxury lounge and PAC prizes will raise more awareness for the PAC and increase contributions. Official convention registration will begin in January 2025.
An email with registration information will be sent to event coordinators for all qualified participating vendors (excludes advertisement only purchases). Upon completion of your online convention registration, registered attendees will receive a confirmation email that will include hotel reservation and ground transportation details. Hawaii Credit Union League's special tiered room rate is $329-$399 and a $20 resort fee, plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy room per night. Reservation will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
