Hawaii Credit Union League is United in Purpose – Bringing Dreams to Life for credit unions! As Hawaii’s advocate and unified trade association for Hawaii’s credit unions, we support Hawaii’s credit unions who bring dreams to life for their individual members from across the Aloha State.
Hawaii’s credit union industry ohana will gather on the island of Kauai at the Grant Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, April 23 – 25, 2026.
We invite you to participate in multiple ways to engage convention participants, including credit union industry leaders! Available Vendor Opportunities for this year’s convention include:
• Contributing Sponsor levels and opportunities
• Exhibit Booth in the Vendor Hall (with complimentary Annual Report advertisement)
• Annual Report advertisement
Spaces and opportunities are limited! The exhibit area will accommodate just 44 booths. Participation is first-come, first-served only for exhibitors or contributing sponsors making full payment and completing the online Vendor Application and Agreement by December 15, 2025. Applications received after deadline may be waitlisted.

You’ll then be able to register on-site representatives and select meal options. All exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees must register during January registrations. A confirmation email will include hotel details.

- Educational Session, Mobile Event App, Wi-Fi, Friday and Saturday Continental Breakfast sponsors only: Option to submit 500 one-page (8.5” x 11”) printed single- or double-sided marketing piece to be included in convention bags.
- PAC Lucky Drawing Prize: Submit prize description.
- Golf Towels, Balls, and Items: Submit 130 pieces of one specific item

- Official Convention Registration: Must complete registration for all on-site convention representatives; name badges are required to enter exhibit hall and educational sessions.
