Member Relations Representative  -  Pearl City Branch
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by processing various transactions, by opening new accounts, completing loan applications/loan closings, and other credit union services. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or equivalent with experience in a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience with a minimum of six (6) months cash handling and retail experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Loan Assistant  
Under the direction of the Assistant Loan Manager supports the loan-making function of the Loan Department by providing efficient and effective loan services to our internal/external members and potential members and assisting with the audit functions to ensure proper order of loan documents and set-up of all loans, with a strong emphasis in mortgage loan products. Ideal candidate shall possess at least 1 years' experience in a similar capacity with financial institution background.

Assistant Branch Manager - Pearl City Branch
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, assists the manager in managing all activities at the branch including management, training, security, operations, and member services. The successful candidate shall possess a college degree with at least four (4) years of operations experience with a financial institution, or equivalent education and experience; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.  This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Member Relations Representative (Relief-Kapolei homebase)
Under the direction of the Branch Manager; provides quality and efficient member service by processing various transactions, by opening new accounts, completing loan applications/loan closings and other credit union services.  Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs.  Will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and meet physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby. Must be able to travel from branch to branch with no advance notice, and must be able to operate standard and advanced office equipment, including phone, personal computer, Tablet, mobile devices, copier, fax, etc. Successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a High school diploma or equivalent with experience in a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience with a minimum of six (6) months cash handling and retail experience.

Member Relations Officer Kaneohe Branch, Windward Mall 
Under the general direction of the Branch Manager provides quality and efficient member service by opening new accounts and consumer and mortgage loan requests. Cross-sells the various products and services the credit union offers to members according to the member’s needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 (two) years' experience as a loan officer or 2 (two) years' in new accounts at a credit union or similar type financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. This position is for the new “Model” branch and will be required to meet and greet members as they enter the branch and will require a physical requirement of continuous standing at the pods, as well as walking through the lobby.

Member Relations Representative Kaneohe Branch, Windward Mall

Loan Officer
Under the direction of the Loan Manager examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval and/or denial of member applications for lines of credit, consumer, mortgage, or credit card loans, and provides financial counseling while incorporating the credit unions business plan. The ideal candidate shall possess at least three (3) years' experience as a loan officer in a credit union, or similar type of financial institution. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
