To celebrate its newest branch, HOCU hosted a public grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 in Ewa Beach.

Members, community partners, board of directors and staff joined in on the festivities. The Ewa Branch features the same modern and classic look with high ceilings and teller pod stations as HOCU’s flagship Moiliili Branch.

“We are so excited to have navigated our way out to the West Side of the island. As Kahu Kordell Kekoa mentioned like the hoku (stars) in Hawaiian culture helped voyagers navigate through the ocean, HOCU serves to help navigate our members to a brighter financial future,” said Kathy Yorong-Jenny, HOCU Ewa branch manager. “We look forward to providing our services here in Ewa to our current members and members to come.”
