CECL Made Simple (Thursday Breakout)
Even though regulators have assured the industry that smaller, less complex institutions won’t have to hire a third-party provider to meet CECL requirements, a tremendous amount of uncertainty remains for those credit unions. In this nuts-and-bolts session, we boil CECL's requirements down to its essentials, and walk you through three methodologies, step-by-step.

Developing a Cyber Security Program (Friday Breakout)
Because of the technical nature of cyber security, it can be easy to be intimidated by the prospect of developing a cyber security program. The good news is that regardless of technical skill level, every credit union can develop a program that addresses the risk it faces. In this session, we’ll talk about a framework for thinking about cyber security, and provide tools for evaluating risk, and making plans for addressing that risk.
