Online Vendor Opportunities

Payment required by Amex, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit card for online purchases.
All vendors must have an account with a valid email address and password to complete an online purchase.
If you do not have an account, click on the "Register" link to create an account.

Verification of new accounts may take up to 24 hours before you can purchase online.
In this ever-evolving environment in which credit unions must keep pace with the technological advances in the financial industry, our theme for the 2024 Annual Convention is "Navigating a Changing Landscape.”

The most beautiful settings can inspire the most productive meetings and we invite you to join our credit union ohana on the island of Oahu from April 25-27, 2024 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.  Located on the widest stretch of Waikiki beach, this 22-acre paradise features the 10,000 square foot super pool, waterslides, as well as the only saltwater lagoon in Waikiki.

Vendors may participate in the convention by purchasing an exhibit booth and advertisement and/or contributing sponsorship(s). The exhibit area will accommodate 38 booths.  Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment and completion of the online Vendor Application and Agreement by December 15, 2023.  Qualified vendors (exhibitor or contributing sponsors) are invited to submit a proposal to present an educational session at the 2024 annual convention.  Vendors must be a paid exhibitor or contributing sponsor by December 15, 2023 to be considered for this opportunity.

NOTE:  Official convention registration will begin in January 2024.  An email with registration information will be sent to event coordinators for all qualified participating vendors (excludes advertisement only purchases) to register your on-site representatives and make meal choices to maximize networking with credit union conventioneers.  Convention registration is required for all convention attendees.  Upon completion of your onsite registration, you will receive a confirmation email to include hotel reservation and ground transportation details.  The convention group rate is $265++ for a single/double occupancy based on availability.
