​Vendor Participation​

Hawaii Credit Union League’s 2023 Annual Convention will offer vendors the opportunity to:

• Participate as an exhibitor with a booth in the exhibit hall and an advertisement in the HCUL annual report.  Also includes one convention bag, one Friday lunch (no substitutions allowed), two name badges, and networking with credit union attendees. (Additional name badges may be obtained with a meal package purchase during official registration which begins in January.)
• The first 10 fully paid exhibitors will be able to select their booth location.  Final booth assignments are at the sole discretion of HCUL and exhibit space is solely for the company whose name appears on the vendor application and agreement. 
• May purchase Postcard Blast (electronic announcement – 20 opportunities available).  Color vendor logo and message limited to 300 characters with spaces. Click here for postcard sample.  Postcard message is limited to HCUL convention exhibit booth only.  HCUL will email your electronic postcard to all convention attendees. 
• Participate as a contributing sponsor and be acknowledged according to event or product. Also includes one name badge and networking with credit union attendees.  (Additional name badges may be obtained with a meal package purchase during official registration which begins in January.)

• Purchase advertisement only in the HCUL annual report. Not eligible to register to attend the convention.

Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the Vendor Application & Agreement with full payment by January 4, 2023.  Applications received after deadline may be wait listed.

Mandatory Vendor Orientation for Exhibitors and Contributing Sponsors
Thursday, April 27, 2023, 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. or 4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Evening Welcome Reception – Attendance highly recommended
Thursday, April 27, 2023, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
