Exhibit booth and advertisement is solely for the company whose name appears on the vendor application and agreement.
Exhibit Booth and Advertisement Packages:
Select your Advertisement size in the "Additional Information" box at the bottom of the registration page.
Advertisements will be printed in the HCUL Annual Report. Prices are determined by the ad size selected. Your exhibit booth includes one 8’ X 10’ booth, pipe and drape, one skirted table, two chairs, identification sign, one convention bag, one Friday lunch (no substitutions allowed), and two name badges.
(Additional name badges may be obtained with a meal package purchase during official registration which begins in January)
The first 10 fully paid exhibitors will be able to select their booth location. Final booth assignments are at the sole discretion of HCUL and exhibit space is solely for the company whose name appears on the vendor application and agreement.

If you require file layout or creative changes, applicable fees will be charged. All final advertisements are due by January 12, 2023. Any submissions after this date are not guaranteed placement in the HCUL annual report.

- Embed all fonts.
- Select Press Quality when converting native file to PDF.
- Use CMYK or grayscale and not RGB mode.
- Advertisement must be built to trim size with NO CROP MARKS OR COLOR KEYS.
- Advertisement cannot include HCUL or HCUS logos.
- HCUS business partners allowed to use Power of Partnership logo.
- Content is limited to one company per advertisement.

Exhibit and Advertisement Opportunities
If you are purchaing a Sponsorship, you must submit your company logo with these specifications:
Color logo must be emailed to Laurie Moore at [email protected] no later than January 12, 2023.
If you are purchasing a postcard:
Color logo and postcard message must be emailed to Laurie Moore at [email protected] no later than January 12, 2023.
Logo specifications same as above.
- Booth in the exhibit hall, advertisement in the HCUL annual report, one convention bag, one Friday lunch (no substitutions allowed), two name badges, and networking opportunities with credit union attendees.
- Name badge will allow your representative to attend the exhibit and educational sessions.
- Discover new products and services from participating vendors.
- Listed in vendor directory to be included in attendees’ convention bags.
- May provide 400 pieces of one specific item for attendees’ convention bags.
Appropriate small items include pens, note pads, microfiber cloth screen cleaners, etc. (NO food, liquids or sharp objects).
Requires final approval from HCUL; you will receive confirmation by January 4, 2023.
If interested, specify item when completing your application. Item must be received by HCUL no later than February 15, 2023. - Opportunity to give door prizes to attract attendees to your exhibit booth, or HCUL will randomly draw names from among attendees after each General Session and distribute your door prizes. (Attendees must be present to win.)
- May pre-purchase drink tickets for the Welcome Reception and Friday dinner to share with attendees. More information will be forthcoming.
- May purchase Postcard Blast (electronic announcement – 20 opportunities available). Color vendor logo and message limited to 300 characters with spaces. Click here for postcard sample. Postcard message is limited to HCUL convention exhibit booth only. HCUL will email your electronic postcard to all convention attendees.
If you are purchaing a Sponsorship, you must submit your company logo with these specifications:

- Logo must be NO LESS than 600 Pixels wide (height proportionate to width).
- Must be high resolution (300 dpi) and in a .jpg format.
- Must be in color (RGB for postcard)
